What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take time to do the online tests without distractions, don't leave them to the last minute, they are not difficult per say but require attention to detail. During the telephone interview have your notes in front of you without having to shuffle through, it will give you a confidence boost. For the Skype interviews, make sure the area is quiet, and that you have a solid connection. The questions at this stage are mostly competency based questions that can be prepared in advance to certain extent, e.g. describe a time when you showed leadership qualities, as well as some basic technical questions. e.g. software development cycle.

Do you have any interview tips?

Travel to the assessment centre the night before. Prepare your presentation in advance, make sure you understand it fully, you will be asked to clarify the finer points in it. Listen to the other candidates in the group assessment, take they're opinions on board, don't be dismissive. Also keep an eye on the time, particularly in the group interviews.
