What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself, use the opportunity to talk to DHL representatives - applications are as much about making sure a company is a fit for you as for the company to make sure you are a good fit for them. Everyone I have met in DHL has been very generous with their time and open and honest about what you can expect from the company.

Do you have any interview tips?

Great thing about the process is that there are multiple opportunities to showcase what you have to offer the company. It isn't all on one pitch or one interview, and no-one is trying to trip you up; just trying to give you the opportunity to share what you have to offer. Just approach it like that and enjoy the assessment centre day.
