What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Responsibility and magnitude of project involvement. I feel like my actions make a difference, I'm appreciated by my team for my contributions and my hard work is acknowledged.

Worst

Expect to find and chase work yourself, It wont always be handed to you on a plate which can result in unproductive days (which won't go un-noticed). This can be difficult to comprehend when you're new to industry / settling into a role.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 16:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do your homework, research the company thoroughly including the company philosophy, current projects, past projects, media, areas of personal interest. Read the annual report. And the basics, for example, make sure your spelling and grammar is perfect on your application forms and question responses.

Do you have any interview tips?

The most important thing (in my opinion) is to be honest with yourself and others about your capabilities and you will naturally stand out. You will need to ensure and demonstrate that you can work well in a team at the assessment centre and demonstrate what strengths you bring to the table.
