What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you know your CV inside out - if you mention that you like a particular project that the company has worked on then be prepared to be asked questions about it. Also my interviewer was impressed at the non-engineering related aspect of my CV so don't be too "dry" in the application.

On the interview day you are asked to participate in a group activity - make sure you participate fully and don't be intimidated by the other candidates.
