What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure that you research the company, what their future strategy is, what their culture is like. Make sure that you are up to date on current major property topics, trends, predictions and litigation.
Do you have any interview tips?
I found with CBRE that they really do look at the person and not just what is says on your C.V., which was refreshing. I know it is hard but try and relax, being prepared helps with this and enjoy the process.
