What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Know the market, have a genuine interest in property and the job, read property magazines and newspapers, spellcheck the application, get another person to proof read it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Know about recent deals, have different experience examples to your application form, be able to talk confidently about these examples, having a genuine interest in the job and property will show throughout the interview process, know about hot topic property news, i.e. anything in the budget that is relevant, new major developments, changes in tax (stamp duty is a good recent example).
