What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

1. Applications take a long time to do, so start early.
2. Try to think of original examples and unusual things that you have done.
3. Brush up on your knowledge of the markets and basic terminology and concepts in real estate.

Do you have any interview tips?

1. Be enthusiastic, both about JLL and working in property. There is a lot to be enthusiastic about and if you can't get excited about it, this might not be the job for you.
2. Prepare thoroughly for the basic questions, such as "why should we hire you?", "why do you particularly want to work at JLL and not another firm?", "why do you want to work in real estate and not some other sector?".
3. Don't over-prepare, to the extent that you lose all spontaneity and ability to be interesting or unusual.
