Know your personal strengths and weaknesses, and as a Graduate applicant, think about where you could see yourself within the firm and how you can add value there.

Be goal-oriented but also be flexible. Familiarise yourself with Knight Frank's values as these are at the heart of what what we do day to day.

Do you have any interview tips?

See the bigger picture. How does real estate fit into an investor's portfolio? Stay up to date with the major newspapers, and know how real estate cycles are interlinked with the banking system. Why do real estate markets crash, why do they succeed? Understanding this is integral in seeing the big picture.

Knowing the firm is a must. Treat the interview like the first pitch you do for the firm. You will want to know all you can to make the best first impression.
