I feel Savills' decision to hire is heavily influenced on the candidate's personality and keeness rather than just credentials. Being confident and having a sense of humour will get you far in this company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't sound rehearsed in your answers, just chat. I was asked about situations where I had demonstrated certain skills such as organisation, a time when I had overcome adversity etc. Also asked about my opinion about airport expansion, general hobbies etc.
