What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

1) Know what is happening in the market and know what the companies competitors are doing.
2) Make sure you have relevant work experience that you can talk about.
3) Talk about any interesting hobbies that you may have.
4) Make sure you know how the company is performing (look at the company's annual reports, it will give you the best insight into the company).
5) Most importantly- Have a good reason why you want to join the firm and have a good idea of what service line you want to go into and why.

Do you have any interview tips?

1) Be smartly dressed.
2) Arrive early.
3) Make sure you can back up your claims with good explanations or stories.
4) Understand what is happening within the property world and politically (factors that may affect the property industry).
5) If you have said you read Property Week, make sure you have read the latest issue before the interview.
