What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise that you have relevant work experience within the property sector, or have done something in the past that shows your interest in the sector
Have completed a RICS accredited degree or are looking to complete an RICS degree alongside the job.
Be up to date on the current market and current affairs that relate to the job role.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process I believe varies dependent on the role/ the year you are applying.
But my advice would be to be prepared to answer CV based questions as well as a few technical questions. If you are asked to present, know your topic and be confident.
