What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, be human - don't over exaggerate or be over eager. We need to imagine working with you on a daily basis so being too intense in your application/interview could be disadvantageous.
Show a genuine passion for the property industry and demonstrate experience you have had that could be relevant.
Be confident and professional - we need to imagine you speaking to clients.
Stay calm and composed.

Dress professionally but be comfortable. Being relaxed makes all the difference.
Always make eye contact and imagine you are in a client meeting.
The interviewers aren't there to catch you out. If they ask tough or unusual questions, this is to see how you react - so don't get flustered. We don't expect you to know everything. We just want to see that you can remain calm and professional.
