What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show you have done some research and use the information you found wherever you can during the application stage. The company definitely appreciate applicants who have taken time out to find more out about what they do.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you are familiar with the company and the projects they are currently operating on, this way you can prove that you actually care about and want to be part of the Miller Group. It will also help you create 'small talk' with various interviewers and employees you will get to meet at the assessment centre. It was nowhere as daunting as I thought it would be, the HR team really helped with that, try and enjoy it!
