Being able to make decisions about your own career and not being steered into a job role that the company need to fill.
Being able to work on multiple programs throughout the graduate scheme, and being able to work in different environments and roles.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

When doing the application, make sure that you are able to sell yourself effectively but in a concise manner. Being able to be short and sweet whilst putting yourself across effectively is a good way of being recognised.
