Best

Given access to every recourse the company has to offer. I can drive my own learning and tailor it to my desired end outcomes.

Worst

Sometimes can be hard to get support from colleagues with regards to learning when they cannot see the immediate value you're adding.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I'd advise to have extensive knowledge on how politics and economics can impact the housing market. Really understand the company structure, business plans and the company process for how it buys land to building houses. It's really important to be able to demonstrate you can work as part of a team, so figure how you can best contribute to a team exercise too.
