The assessment centre process is nerve-wracking but the most important thing is to stay calm and be yourself. The company is looking for individuals who can bring something to the business. Make sure you have relevant examples of where you have used a skill to achieve something and what the outcome was. Do not try to guess what the assessors are looking for, as they will know when you are not being yourself.
