Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Only apply for this graduate scheme if you are an engineer. The support they give engineers is much, much better than that for technical graduates. It feels like technical roles were added as an afterthought and a lot of the training / development opportunities are aimed only at engineers. The scheme as a whole offers little in the way of technical development.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews were very standard with no tricks. Just make sure you read up on what the company does prior to the assessment centre.
Following the online application, there was an online assessment. (I think it was maths and verbal reasoning?) Then there was a simple phone interview. (with basic questions such as why do you want the job and what do you offer) Following this, I was invited to a 2 day assessment centre. This involved a written essay (on a simple topic given to you on the day), a group exercise, a presentation about the company, a technical interview and a personal interview.
