What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If there's something slightly unusual that you've done, make it stand out.
Show you're flexible, adaptable and creative and show your interest in the breadth of work that Wellcome does.
Do you have any interview tips?
At the assessment centre, there will be a competency-based interview. If you get past this round there will be a final stage interview which is more about whether you're the right fit for the organisation (by this point they know you could do the job!).
Make sure you have read the new Strategic approach and Wellcome's values.
Find out details about one or two areas you're really interested in and think of questions to ask your interviewer.
