Best
Constant learning day to day.
Benefits are also helpful.
Graduate workshops offering immense exposure to senior levels in the company.
Worst
At first, being on site it was the earlier start time of 7:30. Now I am used to this I use it to my advantage to motivate me and get there even earlier for 7:00 am.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply with plenty of time and know what you are applying for. Make sure you have a driving license.
Do you have any interview tips?
Research the company. Create a list of questions to ask about on going developments, company structure etc.
For the first stage also practice aptitude tests as they will most likely make you do these on the day.
If you get through the first stage, bring some proof of works that you have done to the second interview, this will impress your interviewer and set you apart from the others who also got through the first stage
