What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working with others who have differing skillsets. This ensures a great work environment where you can learn new things everyday.
Worst
It's hard work. Most days there's a problem to solve, or a personality to deal with, and sometimes it gets tiring. However, what's great about this, is that you get to develop your own way of dealing with these instances and use them to your advantage.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Highlight any practical problem-solving skills you have - these are highly transferrable.
