What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure to practice for every single step of the process. This is especially true for the online tests, video interview and assessment centre stages. Memorise questions that they may ask you, practice questions using websites that prep you for online tests etc.

Do you have any interview tips?

You can't memorise every single question they may ask you. Therefore, you must remember situations you have been in that show certain skills and this will help you to prepare for a greater number of questions than otherwise. Memorise the company values, ask them questions, show you know about the business ISG does etc.
