What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The Trust wants candidates that are genuinely enthusiastic about working here and have ample evidence of their competency. Some rotations options may appeal to you more than others but signalling out only one or two when writing an application may suggest you would not benefit from the range of experiences on offer here.
Do you have any interview tips?
At interview, ensure you have a variety of examples to suit competency questions on subjects such as teamwork or leadership etc. Also be prepared to brainstorm possible solutions to problems the Trust is currently experiencing and be reasonably up-to-date on important events that may have taken place in your desired rotations.
