What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Get to know the cause and all the work we do. This is a huge and multifaceted organisation that does some amazing work both in the fundraising, and of course the research space, not to mention policy & prevention which are growing fast. Candidates who are familiar with what we do and how we do it definitely stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
Competency based questions always come up, learn how to give a good solid answer.
Any presentation you are given is your change to showcase yourself, think carefully around the question and really engage with what you're being asked to do.
Group exercises can be daunting but are important for the organisation to feel out if you'll be a good fit, mainly on interaction with others. Don't overthink this!
