Best

A fantastic opportunity to get an understanding of the company, where you can see how it fully operates. Graduates also get additional opportunities and access to key people / support. Ultimately, you can cater your development in your own way and final decision on where you want to go- which is not always offered to all people.

Worst

Management of the graduate scheme can be difficult to work around. Sometimes you will not get the chance to work with every department and it is not always easy to make the most of the opportunities presented to you.
