Start: 9:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise candidates to have a good rationale for why they want to do this particular scheme, as well as why they want to undertake particular rotations. It is also a good idea to understand what the Wellcome Trust does at a reasonable level of detail.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked competency questions as well as 'Why Wellcome?', 'Why this graduate scheme?' and 'Which rotations?'. At my final interview I was asked more complex questions which tested my ability to solve problems under pressure and come up with creative answers.
