What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application process is very fair. You are told everything you need to know at every stage, so just make sure you read all the information available and focus on tailoring your application to provide all that you are asked for. But most importantly, be yourself! Wellcome don't have a picture in mind of what the perfect applicant is like, so don't overthink stuff and try to let your individuality shine through.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews are fairly standard. It's likely you'll be asked some competency-based questions, some questions about you and some questions about the role and organisation. The best thing you can do to prepare is learn about Wellcome and try to practice.
