What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There are plenty of opportunities for personal development and training. Developing a strong and vast network of graduates and colleagues across multiple business units.

Worst

Rotating business units every 6 months is a great opportunity to learn and network but can be draining both mentally and financially. Most business units are very understanding of this and will do their best to support you. Head Office won't always accommodate your preferred location so you have to be VERY flexible. Not all business units will provide you with the same opportunities for development and responsibility.
