What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
During the application, always try to ensure you are answering any questions that are asked directly and carefully. However most importantly I would say that candidates should just be themselves and try to give and honest representation of the sort of person they are rather than trying to compensate or pretend to be someone else.
Do you have any interview tips?
If possible, try not to be worried by the people who are interviewing you. Everyone is extremely friendly and they are not trying to catch you out. Just be yourself and allow the interviewers to see your personality.
