During the assessment day, there were a variety of team activities as well as an individual task to carry out a desk-based site appraisal.
Some interview questions were focused on Crest Nicholson, i.e. their values, principles and current projects. Other interview questions were regarding previous relevant experience and personal attributes. I was asked if I had visited a Crest Nicholson site so this is worth doing prior to the second interview.
