What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read through Crest's most recent sustainability report and demonstrate an understanding of the business model, our targets, recent news reports. It's good to go and visit one of Crest's developments, or show interest in one that has caught your eye in particular. Then you can comment on what differentiates us from our competitors.
Do you have any interview tips?
Think about some of the political and economic challenges Crest is facing-the EU referendum for example. Even if you are applying for a specific department related to your degree it's worth having an understanding of other departments within the business and/or the office you are applying to. Understanding the local market e.g. applying to the South West office it would be beneficial to look at market values, changing demographics around Bristol, Swindon and Somerset.
