What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Must be interested and enthusiastic about helping a company move forward and really try and show this. If it is possible try and undertake and intership with an engineering company to gain experience. Rolls-Royce like to take on interns who worked for them, on to the graduate scheme.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident and clear. The interviewers are not trying to be your enemy but they will push you to see how you respond especially with regards to solving problems.
Prepare for the interview before hand and come up with some examples of certain situations. E.g Describe a time when you had to work with a co-worker you don't get on with?
