Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Research what Croda is about as a company, a good place to start would be the annual Sustanaibility reports issued by the company as they show what the company has achieved and is working towards in an easy to read and understand format. They also show you a snapshot of the culture of the company.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself during the interview. Croda assessment centres are not just about the hard facts about chemistry or knowledge you learn from University. A lot of the factors they are looking at during the interview process are meant to show if you are the right type of person that would fit in with the company's culture.

And most of enjoy the experience and get as many insights about the company from the people already working for the company.
