What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Variety of opportunities for learning and job roles. Responsibility given and willingness of the company and the graduate team to invest in you and make the most out of your scheme.

Worst

A wide variety of placements in different areas - although this is great, it means that some placement roles are better than others and some suit different people more than others. However, the graduate management team are great at moving you between contracts if a placement is not successful and are happy to offer you new opportunities throughout the programme.
