What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you get through to the assessment centre, be relaxed and natural...the people I met that didn't get the job were overly pushy and tried too hard to take control. You need to make yourself heard, but don't put others down in the process. Be confident but not cocky.
For my interview, I basically had a chat with my interviewer, not sure it was supposed to end up as so informal and afterwards I did think, oops, should've reigned myself in a bit, but it turned out ok.
Make sure you research the company thoroughly before applying as you will be asked a lot about the company.
