What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best things about my job are the fact that the graduate scheme allows a holistic view of the organisation before deciding which department to settle into. There is a lot of scope and say given to us on deciding where we want to end up. I enjoy the office environment which makes the company stronger and everyone work together better.

Worst

I wouldn’t say there is any specific things that are bad about my job. I think there could be more consideration for clarity about succession plans within departments and more of an urgency to solve problems to help site teams quicker, which would ease my job role.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
