Best
The dynamic nature of it - there are new challenges every day and problems to find solutions for so you're constantly growing and adapting.
Worst
At times the hours can be long but it is really dependant on the site your at.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Focus on the company values, be genuine and yourself through the application process. The environment isn't so formal once you get in so enjoy the process but try to hit their key points and values.
