What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, be yourself and throw yourself at every opportunity that comes your way to develop and improve your skills and ability. Include a wide variety of experiences that you have to show that you are able to adapt to different situations and work with a wide range of people. This will demonstrate your energy and motivation to achieve results and reflect the culture that Croda has in becoming the world´s most innovative chemical company.
Most of all, make sure you enjoy what you do! It is important to be happy in your job position so you not only you thrive but this energy rubs off on others around you.
