What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When answering interview questions, try and take your examples from a lot of different areas such as previous jobs, volunteering, studying towards your degree etc. The feedback I received after my interview concentrated on how the interviewer really liked that I had many different examples to pull from when answering.
Do you have any interview tips?
Quite a lot of standard competency based questions ("an example of a time you had to lead a team") and then further questions from your example given.
