What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Croda hires graduates based on academic and technical competence but also, very importantly, on how YOU are as a person. It's a company that has a 'family run' feel to it (in a good way!) and is looking for graduates that fit into its ethos.
Do you have any interview tips?
Genuinely, seriously, honestly: just be yourself and enjoy the experience. Also, brush up on your knowledge of pumps.
