What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Getting to work with a great group of people and explore the different parts of the business. There is great support from those around you to help you grow into a leader and learn new skills.
Worst
Difficult to work with some with a narrow mindset, it's more of a challenge and developmental piece rather than the worst part. It is a challenge to convince both staff and managers, at times, to work with you to gain experience.
