What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The company have been happy to give me responsibility and ownership on a number of tasks during my training. I feel there is alot of support and people are approachable.

Within a few months I could take advantage of share options and I was able to use my private healthcare to get very quick treatment.

Worst

Some departments do work which is very time critical so deadlines can be stressful.
During the time I spent on site it can get very cold and wet, it really depends what part of the business you end up working in.

Be yourself at interviews, the company are interested in personality as well as your CV.
