What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Best part is the variety or work you see through the grad scheme. Lots of interesting learning, no two days have been the same so far. Opportunity to innovate and really take part in R&D for the company

Worst

Occasional admin roles in busy times, but they are still a good place to learn
