What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Carry out some research both into the company and insurance in general. When applying for the graduate scheme look to convey your enthusiasm and interest by relating your answers to the insurance industry. See the application process as an opportunity to make a great first impression, as your answers will be remembered if you progress to the interview stages.

Do you have any interview tips?

There are quite a few stages to the interview process and I would advise that instead of being daunted by this, see it as an opportunity. I was able to enhance my knowledge of the company as I progressed through each stage by taking every opportunity to ask questions.
Those interviewing you will take an active interest in your application, so ensure that you are able to confidently recall your answers. I spoke of my interest in the Lloyd's market throughout my application and I was then subsequently asked to tell my interviewer a few facts about Lloyd's.
