The relationship with my team and the freedom I am given to search out new innovations and ideas to improve processes and make my stamp on my job role.
Worst
At times the time management of studying for your professional qualification and holding down your job responsibilities can be difficult. It is definitely something that takes some time to get used to. In the end, this is worth the effort however.
