What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Getting to speak and interact with a wide range of people. I was worried when I came into construction (because it's so male dominated) that I wasn't going to fit in but I had nothing to worry about at all. Going out onto site, talking, learning and helping people is the best part of the job!

Worst

The traffic when you're travelling to and from site!
