What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do not be afraid to sell your personal achievements, whilst still being honest and genuine about them. There is nothing wrong in admitting to having struggled with previous tasks/roles, if anything this is preferable if you can clearly demonstrate how you have overcome this/made the best of the situation. Do not forget to focus strongly on what you have achieved as an individual, avoid referring to "we".

The assessment centre was strongly focused around our organisation's leadership behaviours, which are detailed on our graduate recruitment webpages. Be sure to do research into this sort of thing and come prepared with specific examples from your personal experiences that are related to these. Be sure not to repeat examples previously used in any applications/telephone interviews. Be clear around your motivations for wanting this particular role or scheme, why are you well suited to it and what benefit could you add?
