What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Really research the company and the grad scheme and refect on whether this is for you before applying. Also worth reaching out to gradautes from Centrica to understand their experiences. Do you have any interview tips?
My biggest advice will be stay true to yourself. Never write what you think they want to hear. Write down what you believe to be true of yourself. This goes for any interviews aswell. At the end of the day, you dont want to put on a mask, get to starting the role and realise it is not suited for you.
