Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare fully for the interviews and assessment centre, the interviews are behavioural and technical. Behavioural can be prepared for by creating a matrix of core competencies and past experiences from univeristy, school and social/sports clubs (e.g. leading a team, giving feedback etc.)
The technical questions assume you have a thorough knowledge of what HR is and what they do.
