What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
There is a lot of variety in my role and I am able to work autonomously (with support available if needed).
Worst
Because my role is generic, I have to carry out tasks which don't necessarily fall under HR and therefore I do not have all the knowledge/experience to best deliver.
