What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Apply if you want a graduate scheme that lives up the name 'Future Leaders' in giving you valuable experience with impactful and interesting projects from early in your career. You get to work across all areas of HR and have a big say in which of these areas you work in, so if you have a passion for a particular area of HR, don't be afraid to say so! As well as conveying your passion for HR, make sure you research GSK as a company and it's values, as if these don't appeal to you, chances are you aren't the right fit for GSK and the business areas you will be supporting and GSK isn't the right fit for you to deliver to your potential - it works both ways!

Do you have any interview tips?

Just be yourself, the genuine interest and passion is the most powerful attribute you have and will mean that if you're selected you will know you are the right 'fit' for GSK as it is senior HR colleagues who carry out the assessment centre, rather than an external third party, so you can be sure you're tested by the best.
